The six-week scramble
Enrolment opens and the posting gets frantic. There's no time to build trust before you ask someone to commit $3,000 and a month of their life.

The challenge
Enrolment opens and the posting gets frantic. There's no time to build trust before you ask someone to commit $3,000 and a month of their life.
“Why is it always last minute?”Someone asks about dates or accommodation, gets an answer two days later, and quietly books a different school.
“They seemed so interested…”No calendar, no system, no idea which posts or ads actually brought students. The next cohort feels like the first one.

The Full plan pays for itself with 8 extra trainees a year.
Let's fill them →
Students don't choose a training.
They choose teachers they already trust.
What I've learned filling trainings
A teacher training is a big, personal decision. Most people watch you for weeks before they ever send a message.
Teachers, alumni and the feeling of the place do the selling. Content's job is to show them early and often.
Paid campaigns convert when they reach people who already know you, and when every inquiry gets a fast, human reply.
The plan

Every post, reel and ad mapped to your cohort dates, early-bird deadline and application cut-off.
Curriculum breakdowns, teacher intros, alumni stories and a week in the life, so students already feel they know you.
FAQ and objection posts, Meta ads to your application page, and retargeting everyone who engaged.
Follow-up scripts keep every inquiry warm. Afterwards we keep what worked and plan the next intake.
Everything that fills a cohort
Most schools juggle a designer, a reel editor, an ads freelancer and a WhatsApp inbox nobody owns. Here it's one plan and one accountable person, all pointed at your next start date.
01 / 09
Every piece of content and every ad is planned backwards from your start date, early-bird deadline and application cut-off, so nothing is last minute.
You get a 90-day enrolment calendar, reviewed with you before anything goes live.
Proof, not promises
A teacher-training school with 51K followers, selling 200-hour, 300-hour and intensive programs to international students. I run their content and Meta ads around the training calendar.

Each region runs as its own campaign, with its own budget and creative. Some markets delivered leads at a fraction of the average cost, so the budget follows the results, not a guess.

Investment
If your 200-hour is around $3,000, one extra trainee a month covers the Full plan. Every student after that is growth.

Before you decide who to work with
I've managed social media since 2018 and worked with 20+ brands. These days I work with yoga schools, because I understand how someone chooses a teacher training: slowly, after a lot of research, and only once they trust the teachers.
You work with me directly. I plan, write, design and run the ads; my video editor cuts the reels. No account managers, no junior handoff, and I'll tell you honestly if something isn't working.
Questions owners ask before hiring me
Ads alone usually don't. Students need to trust you first, which is why the calendar starts 90 days out and the ads come in once there's something worth retargeting. At Sampoorna, each region runs as its own campaign so we can see exactly where leads are cheapest.
During enrolment windows, $15–30 a day is a sensible start. You pay Meta directly, so you always see exactly what was spent.
I plan the concepts, hooks and scripts and my video editor cuts them. You or your teachers film on a phone with a simple shot list I send you.
One cohort cycle takes about that long: plan, build trust, convert. Judging it after a few weeks doesn't tell you anything.
No, and be wary of anyone who does. I promise the system, the work and honest reporting. Your trainings do the rest.
